3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person may register and maintain only one laki97 account. This restriction applies per individual, per household, and per device. The existence of multiple accounts by or on behalf of the same individual — whether created with different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. laki97 will close all duplicate accounts without prior notice and may forfeit associated balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your laki97 account and to maintain and update that information as necessary. laki97 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the information provided at any time, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your laki97 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. laki97 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to adequately protect your login information.
4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your laki97 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify laki97 immediately via the support email. laki97 may temporarily suspend your account as a security measure pending investigation.
4.3 Account Currency. The primary currency of all laki97 accounts is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated for specific promotions or game types.
4.4 Account Inactivity. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. laki97 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered contact details. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. 8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. 8.3 System Errors and Malfunctions. 11.1 The laki97 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. laki97 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laki97 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, betting losses, or business interruption.
11.3 laki97 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, power failures, government action, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider disruptions.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits laki97's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12.1 laki97 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all sections of its Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulties, or escaping personal problems.

13.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of Terms, laki97 may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all or part of the balance may be forfeited to cover laki97's losses, investigation costs, and administrative expenses.
13.3 Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and there is no outstanding investigation or breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which laki97 holds its international gaming licence.
